Welcome to the Simmify documentation!
Overview
Simmify is a smart tool that helps you search through your own data using advanced AI technology. While most people think AI creates new content, Simmify works differently—it helps you find things in the data you already have. Just like how Google searches the web, Simmify searches your personal or company databases. You simply upload your data, and Simmify makes it searchable, saving you time and effort.
Whether you're working with a large database or just trying to find specific information, Simmify makes searching faster and easier. This is especially useful for businesses with lots of information spread out across documents, files, or spreadsheets.
Creating an Account
Getting started with Simmify is quick and easy. Creating an account takes less than a minute, and it’s free! There are two ways to sign up: with an email address or using a Microsoft account (Azure).
Sign Up with a Microsoft (Azure) Account
For a better experience, especially if you’re working within a team or organization, we recommend signing up with a Microsoft (Azure) account. Here's how:
Register
On the Login page, click the Azure button.
Microsoft SSO
You’ll be redirected to Microsoft’s login page. Enter your Microsoft credentials here (e.g., Hotmail, Outlook, or your work/school account).
Consent
Give consent to share your email with Simmify. We need your email for basic features and functionality.
Redirect
After consent, you’ll be automatically logged in and taken back to your dashboard.
Sign Up with an Email Address
Login page
Go to the Login page.
Fill out
Enter your email address and your password.
Register
Click the Register button.
Verify
Check your email for a verification link and click the link to verify your account.
